CANCELLATION POLICY

•All clients have a grace period of 10 minutes once the grace period is done and you have not arrived you will be automatically marked as a no show and charged 50% of the service •If we are not able to charge the no show fee you will automatically be banned from booking with HighTopNails •All rescheduling must be done within 24hrs of your appointment to avoid being charged the no show fee •All deposits are non refundable
